Meat eaters who feel the need to stress how delicious animals are in an effort to piss off vegetarians/vegans unprovoked and vegetarians/vegans who feel the need to tell meat eaters how horrible they are for eating meat unprovoked are pretty much the exact same kind of asshole.
Breakfast: Banana(1 and a half), Raspberries, Greek Yoghurt, Museli (Carmens)
Lunch: Toasted Rye Bagel, cooked tomato, 1 poached egg and like 1/2 an avo(ish)
Dinner: Cous Cous stuffed capsicum with greens
Snack: 1 apple and serve of museli/nut mix(contain rolled oats, raisins, cranberries, almonds)

Breakfast: oatmeal and banana with lots of ground cinnamon
Lunch: 2 slices of wholegrain toast and vegemite
Dinner: Pasta and prawns
Snack: 2 Slices fruit toast, banana chips(around 30), honey(for my sore throat), almond and cashew mix(handful)
Definitely over ate with snacks today but tomorrow I’m going to do much better! :D
